Intro As I’ve cruised around the internet I always seem to come across comments where people are upset that someone dislikes a game that they like. Usually you… Continue reading
The Super Mario Bros. movie tries to adapt the most iconic Nintendo characters into movie format and unfortunately it does not work out well. I applaud the world building that was done to give the movie its story but I believe that questionable production decisions as well as certain story elements drag this movie down. Despite these short comings there are still good parts to this movie.
Today I decided to take part in this weeks Seriously Geeky Sundays. This is a collaboration created by Just Geeking By. The topic for this one is New year, new… fandoms. Video game wise I’m looking forward to Shin Megami Tensei V. I got into this series after randomly purchasing one of the games for my DS back in high school.
Hello everyone! For those of you who don’t know me I am The Gamer with Glasses but you can also call me by name, George. This post serves as an explanation for how I plan on doing this collaboration/tournament if it gets enough interests. I’ll break this down by different sections to try to make it easier to understand what I’m going for.
Welcome to Video Game Movies Part 2. As I was making this post I started to think are Pokémon movies video game movies? At first I assumed they were but then I started thinking about how the movies were based on the anime so I created a poll on twitter.
Welcome to the new year everyone. My first post of this year is a collaboration post created by DanamesX. If you would like to also participate you can go to their blog for more info. This collaboration is Share A Story About A Game That You Played For The First Time This Month. This is EXP Share # 3.
As we all know 2020 wasn’t all that we wanted. I had internships I wanted that were all cancelled, but this post isn’t to talk about the bad stuff. I’m going to be talking about the games that helped me through this year. These games offered me a momentary reprieve from the world.
I recently finished Devil May Cry 3 and I thought it was a really good game. I liked that they decided to go with a prequel as they had a little more freedom with what they could do. Dante has a lot more personality in DMC 3 than the previous games. Bear in mind that my thoughts on this game are my opinion, not fact.
Recently I was going through the blogs I follow and saw a post by Kim from Later Levels. It was about sharing the gift of gaming, it’s part of a collaboration post originating from DanamesX from Tales from the Backlog. This collaboration calls for users to share certain experiences. This specific topic is about a time where you shared the gift of gaming with someone or a time where someone shared the gift of gaming with you.
Video game movies don’t have a great reputation. Though some may have been profitable it doesn’t mean that they’ve had good reviews. I’ll be discussing five of these movies in part one of this multi post series. I’ll also be going in order of when the movies were released so the oldest ones will be first.
