It’s that time of the year again for #LoveYourBacklogMonth. If you’re unfamiliar, this is an event made by Kim from Later Levels. As indicated from the title this post is about the games in my backlog. I have participated for a couple of years now.
Recently there has been a resurgence in RPGs getting remakes and sequels. One series that I’d like to see this from is the Phantasy Star series. There’s currently Phantasy Star Online 2, but it has been a good number of years since a single player game in the series has been released. I often think back to several games in the series wanting to experience them again.
A couple weeks ago I ended up buying Baldur’s Gate 3. I had the day off and I love Dungeons and Dragons, so it was only a matter of time until I bought the game. I am shocked by the amount of dialog choices as well as the different ways you can get out of situations.
One goal that I’ve had is to play more Indie games. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the big releases that you sometimes end of missing some really good games. A perfect example is Hades, published by SuperGiant Games.
Sorry its been a bit since the last post. I got a little busy at work. This month is a super busy period so I’ve been doing overtime. I’ve also started a new workout routine. Here’s a short post about the different game genres that I play.
It has been a bit longer than I wanted since the last post. I’ve still been getting into the rhythm at my job. I’ve also been a bit swamped game wise. Two games showed up in the same week about two days away from each other. I’ve decided to give my quick first impression on Master Detective Archives: Rain Code.
Hello again everyone! This post will be the first one since my return. I had originally planned on writing about something different, but there were some delays in what I ordered causing me to push that post back quite a bit. I’ll be talking about the games I’m looking forward to the most from now until early 2024.
It’s been a good while since I last posted. For those of you that didn’t see it on Twitter, I took a break from blogging in order to focus on working and finding full time employment.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m taking part in #LoveYourBacklog Month. This is an event made by Kim from Later Levels. I participated in this in 2021, not too long after I started blogging.
