Trails of Cold Steel III is a good game that is held back by certain mechanics. I finally got around to writing about Trails of Cold Steel III. Slight spoiler warning if you have not played Trails of Cold Steel II. There is a party member that is present from the start of the game that kinda spoils a little bit of the previous game.

Tales of Arise is an amazing RPG that I would recommend to fans of Action RPGs. This was a game I wanted to play last year, but I had already gotten so many others. I ended up getting it for Christmas, which I am very grateful for. I was able to finally finish it about last week. Some comparisons will be made with Tales of Berseria, but only because it’s the only other Tales game I’ve completed.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is exactly how a sequel should be done. I bought this game before I finished the first and I don’t regret it.

Guardians of the Galaxy is a great adventure about a band of misfits. I was going to wait to play this game, but when it went on sale I had to get it. It was money well spent.
Shin Megami Tensei V is a great return to the SMT series with familiar combat and some new mechanics. The release of this game is significant because this is the first time the series has had a simultaneous world wide release.
Yakuza Like a Dragon is a good game with plenty to do and unique jobs to choose from. It unfortunately suffers a little from a difficulty spike in chapter 12 that breaks the story’s pacing.
NEO: The World Ends With You is an amazing sequel that lives up to the original game. This is a sequel that a lot of people have been waiting 14 years for. At long last Square Enix has brought back this series.
Monster Hunter World was a game that I pre-ordered and I don’t regret that decision. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it had been years since I played a Monster Hunter title. I ended up having a lot of fun.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a great way to experience Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 again or for the first time on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
